of P O Box 322, Bribie Island, Qld., the sum of A$ 10 000 for investments of his choice.
The repayment is set out in this contract.
- Peter Langley agrees to repay the loan :
a. At an interest rate of 20 % (reducible)
b. Over a period of 12 months with equal instalments of A$ 910.00 on the
1st day of each month commencing on 1st July, 2008 and finishing on the
1st June, 2009 or until the full amount of the loan is paid.
