Terms
The term of your contract will vary from client to client. A typical contract will run from one to three years and may or may not have a residual payable on finalisation. Shorter and longer terms are available depending on yours and our clients circumstances. Naturally the longer the term the greater the interest received.
As mentioned previously both capital and interest is repaid monthly thus if reinvested your earnings will soar to something like 50 – 55 %. Not bad for a tax effective, repaid monthly direct into your bank account, investment!!!
If the term of the original proposal does not suit your circumstances or situation they can be varied to suit. You will nominate what you want or need and we will renegotiate with the client. If an agreement cannot be reached, remember you are under no obligation and simply pass on that deal and wait for the next one.
