Is my Investment secure?
Yes! Your investment is guaranteed by us, and the lessee only owns the leased goods when they have been fully paid for.
How does it work?
We pass on to you 20% of the lease we have secured. You receive 20% with “no risk”.
What happens if your client defaults?
Your investment is still safe because your contract is with us – not the lessee.
Will our investments be “pooled”?
No! Each lease we secure is matched by a corresponding investment from our clients.
How much can I invest?
That depends on the lease contracts we have available at any one time. Some of these are listed in our “hot deals” section.
Are there any fees or set up costs
No! You receive the entire 20%pa on your investment, free of fees and any other charges.
How are you able to return us 20% and repay portion of our capital each month as well?
It works like a lease “in reverse”. We receive both capital and interest from our leasees and are able to pass this on to you.
